BidtallyTerms of service
These terms govern your use of Bidtally (bidtally.atesensoftware.com), provided by Samet Ateşen, trading as Atesen Software, Sakarya, Türkiye ("we"). By using Bidtally or buying a license you accept them.
1. What Bidtally does
Bidtally is browser software that reads bid sheets and school or library lists you provide, applies the E-rate rules published in 47 CFR part 54 (as in force on 1 October 2026) and USAC's published guidance to that data, scores the bids with the evaluation matrix you set, and builds workbooks, a memo, lists and worksheets. It does not file anything with USAC or the FCC, does not evaluate bids for you and does not decide which provider you select.
2. Free use and licenses
- Running the made-up sample, checking your own bids and viewing every problem, score and number on screen are free.
- A license unlocks the downloads for your own data for 12 months from the purchase date. Single applicant: 1 billed entity (BEN). Multi-applicant: up to 10 billed entities. Consultant: unlimited billed entities, including clients you serve. A Consultant license holder may use Bidtally to prepare evaluations for any number of client applicants and may charge those clients for that work at its own prices; the license itself is not transferred to clients.
- Licenses are for use by your organisation's personnel and may not be resold, shared outside your organisation or published.
3. Payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are shown in USD. Where VAT or sales tax applies, Paddle calculates it and shows the total before you pay. Licenses are one-time payments covering 12 months and do not renew automatically.
4. Your responsibility
Bidtally is not legal advice. Your evaluation, the selection of a provider, your contracts, your State and local procurement rules and your FCC forms are your decisions and responsibility. Results depend on the data you provide. You remain responsible for meeting every requirement and deadline.
5. Availability and changes
We may improve, change or discontinue features. A license keeps its download access for its 12-month term, including updates for changes to the rules it applies. Files you downloaded remain yours.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to Bidtally is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including denied or reduced funding, recovery actions or lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
